The Terrabella Group is in the business of acquiring and establishing wineries with a view to centralizing production, management, and distribution.  Terrabella has established a business model designed to capitalize on the consolidation of multiple wineries while maintaining unique brand identities at each location.

Terrabella made its first acquisition in the summer of 2011, purchasing an existing winery and vineyard in Penticton, BC called Perseus.  Since that time, the distribution of Perseus wines has expanded into 150 retail locations, including select listings with BC Liquor Stores.  Renovations to the existing winery are planned for 2013, including an outdoor patio and bistro.

The Terrabella Group recently acquired its second target location: an 18-acre vineyard situated in a high-traffic area on Boucherie Road in West Kelowna, which will be developed into a new winery under the brand Helios.  Additional development plans include a 15,000 square foot production facility and a 3,000 square foot tasting room featuring a spectacular view of Okanagan Lake.
