ROBERT INGRAM, CA, PRESIDENT AND CEO
Our CEO Rob Ingram (B.Comm, CA) brings over 30 years of senior financial and management experience to the Terrabella Group. Rob has over a decade’s worth of experience managing start-ups and spent 20-plus years in senior roles at larger corporations with revenues ranging from $75-225 million in a variety of industries. Rob has spent the last seven years learning the ins and outs of the wine industry, first as a consultant on the acquisitions side and later as a founder of Terrabella. As CEO, he has taken on a direct role in the operational side of the business, from grape supply and production matters to sales and marketing strategies. Rob has created a comprehensive business and financial model for the wine industry that integrates operational, financial, and acquisition components to create a complete view of a potential winery’s financial picture. He is a director of TerroirBC.
JASON PARKES, DIRECTOR OF WINEMAKING & OPERATIONS
With over a hundred local and international awards, including double gold in California for premium Bordeaux blend, winemaker Jason Parkes’ hands-on approach stays true to old world winemaking with an emphasis on working closely with the vineyards and growers to ensure Terrabella has the best grapes in the valley. Jason works closely with the Terrabella team from the brand concept to the bottle. In addition to his winemaking skills and operations knowledge, Jason has a very strong understanding of the business considerations of the wine industry. This was developed through assisting in that role with other wineries and through operating his own custom crush company, producing over 20,000 cases per year.
JESSE HARNDEN, DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
Jesse has extensive experience in the wine industry, with close ties to both the Niagara Peninsula and the Okanagan Valley. Jesse is an accomplished Sommelier who is also certified in Winemaking and Viticulture. He has taught in Levels 1 and 2 for the International Sommelier Guild. With his proven track record of developing sales and industry relationships, he brings meaningful strategy and impressive execution to the role of Sales and Marketing Director for Terrabella Wineries Ltd. Jesse is an extremely dedicated and hard-working individual whose passion for all facets of the wine industry has become a key asset for Terrabella.
SYLVIA LEE, ADVISOR TO THE BOARD
Sylvia is a corporate commercial lawyer and business advisor with 15+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and financing, with a keen interest in wine law. Formerly a lawyer at McCarthy Tetrault, one of Canada’s largest law firms, Sylvia became head in-house counsel for Keg Restaurant Ltd., one of North America’s largest steakhouse chains with over 100 locations. An Okanagan resident since 2005, Sylvia has developed extensive and detailed knowledge of the liquor legislation and policy in British Columbia. This expertise, together with her knowledge in the areas of corporate reorganizations, financing transactions, mergers and acquisitions and tax-incented investments, has made her a valuable strategic advisor to the Terrabella team.
